Amber Landfield, BA, CAP, ICADC is a mental health and substance use therapist who brings clarity, structure, and compassion to her work with adults in recovery. She has extensive clinical experience facilitating psychoeducational and open discussion groups in IOP, PHP, detox and residential treatment settings, with a focus on early recovery and co-occurring mental health challenges. Amber integrates CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed principles to help clients develop insight, emotional regulation skills, and practical coping strategies they can use outside of treatment. She is especially passionate about helping clients navigate “real-life” transitions returning to work, relationships, and independence, with intention and self-awareness. Known for her process – oriented facilitation style, Amber values authenticity, and a willingness to explore the past and grow from it. As a person in long term recovery, Amber believes meaningful recovery is built through honest self-reflection and learning how to communicate through life’s challenges. In her spare time you could find her spending time with friends and family.
A meaningful journey that deepened my understanding, challenged my perspective, and inspired lasting growth.
