Jaison C Eluvathingal is a dual board-certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of advanced practice experience specializing in behavioral health, addiction medicine, and psychotropic medication management. His clinical journey is grounded in an exceptional educational foundation — beginning with a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Russian State Medical University in Moscow, followed by a BSN from Florida International University as part of a Foreign Physician to BSN pathway, and culminating in both Family (2013) and Psychiatric (2015) Nurse Practitioner degrees, also from Florida International University.
Board-certified by both the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Jaison brings a uniquely comprehensive clinical perspective to every patient encounter. He is skilled in conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations, complete history and physicals, and delivering individualized psychotropic medication management across a wide range of care settings.
Throughout his career, Jaison has served as a Psychiatric and Medical APRN across multiple levels of care — including detox, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient settings. He has held concurrent roles at several leading behavioral health facilities in South Florida, including All in Wellness Center, Ignite PHP, I Solution Detox Center, Still Detox Center, THP Detox Center, and J&G Medical Associates. He previously served at United Recovery Project, Sovereign Acute Detox and Mental Health Facility, Comprehensive Psychiatric Care, and Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Correctional Services division, where he provided psychiatric care to the incarcerated population.
A long-standing member of both the American Nurses Association (since 2010) and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (since 2013), Jaison is deeply committed to professional excellence and the advancement of psychiatric and behavioral health care.
