Michelle is a woman in long-term recovery with over 15 years of sobriety and a deep passion for helping others find healing and hope. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Michelle is also a Certified Addiction Counselor through the Florida Certification Board.

 
With 12 years of professional experience in the field of substance abuse treatment, Michelle has served in roles across the full continuum of care, including Behavioral Health Technician, Case Manager, Primary Therapist, and Assistant Clinical Director. Her diverse clinical and leadership background allows her to understand both the client and organizational perspectives within treatment settings.
 
Michelle’s lived experience in recovery, combined with her clinical training and supervisory expertise, fuels her strong commitment to individuals struggling with addiction as well as to the teams she leads and supports. She is skilled in individual and group therapy, treatment planning, case management, staff mentoring, and crisis intervention. In every interaction, Michelle brings compassion, patience, professionalism, and practical problem-solving to help clients and colleagues achieve meaningful, lasting change.
